What we collect

Account data: the email address you purchased with, your plan, and the edition/jurisdiction settings on your profile.
Your content: recordings, documents, and briefs you upload, the transcripts and content packs generated from them, and your compliance history.
Operational logs: standard server logs (IP, timestamps, requests) kept for security and debugging.

We do not see or store your payment card details — checkout runs entirely on Stripe.

How we use it

Only to run the service: verifying your purchase, signing you in, processing your recordings into content packs, and emailing you sign-in links. We do not sell personal data, we do not use your content to train models, and we do not share your content with other customers.

Processors we rely on

Stripe — payment processing and purchase verification.
Resend — transactional email (magic sign-in links).
OpenAI — transcription of your uploaded recordings (Whisper API).
Anthropic — content generation and compliance screening (Claude API).
Fly.io — hosting (United States region).
Google — if you arrive via one of our ads, Google's conversion tag measures that the ad led to a purchase. We don't run any other analytics.

Cookies

One first-party session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. The Google Ads tag, when active, sets Google's standard measurement cookies on public pages only.

Retention

Uploaded recordings and rendered clips are automatically deleted from our servers about 14 days after processing. Generated content packs and your compliance record are kept while your account is active so your history and audit trail remain available.

Your rights

Email qmoalosi@gmail.com from your account address to request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and content. We honour deletion requests within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes. Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, Australian Privacy Act, US state privacy laws) you may have additional rights — the same email is the channel for exercising them.
